We're located just miles from downtown Knoxville and less than ten (10) minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport. Four generations have enjoyed the miles of trails and lakeside views, making lasting family memories.

My family purchased the land that Hunter Valley Farm sits on in 1986. My sweet daddy built my momma the barn of her dreams for our show horses and here our journey began. I grew up showing ponies and horses for my mom until my late twenties. I graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Aviation Management and was a corporate pilot with my dad for 10 years. When the recession hit in 2007, the horses weren’t supporting the farm anymore and my dad and I were out of work flying. This is when The Pavilion was born and my true passion was realized! I never went back to flying (yes, I totally miss it!) and I haven’t professionally shown horses since. I absolutely love designing events in our space. In 2011, I met my husband, Matt (at a children’s cancer benefit here at the farm!). This place is just a wee bit sentimental to me! I lost my momma in the summer of 2016, which caused a division in our farm. In the midst of that, a flood devastated my company in the winter of 2019. To say it has been a few years of trials and tribulations would be an understatement but we made it through!! We are back and better than ever. I choose to see it as a blessing and a chance to make what was once my mom and I's place, simply my own. I’m proud. I’m proud of what we have built here. I’m proud of my husband, my kids, my sweet daddy, and each and every one of my employees that put up with my craziness daily! Located on the banks of Bluegrass Lake in the heart of west Knoxville, the Pavilion offers 6,000 sq ft of heated and cooled event space with spacious restrooms, a beautifully designed bridal suite, a caterer's kitchen, and the ability to open its glass walls for a more open-air feel. Our large deck boasts a full brick fireplace, outdoor bar and comfortable furniture, while a nearby patio offers an outdoor dining option. The beach, located just steps from the building, is complete with gorgeous white sand and a strolling boardwalk to the Amphitheater. Here is where you will find benches tucked in the hillside, a paver aisle and an oversized deck perfect for weddings, presentations, and concerts.
