BOOTH INFO: Indoor and outdoor 10x10 booths available. Each exhibitor is responsible for all materials needed for set up including tables, chairs, linens and tents (if used). Tables must be skirted to the floor. Tents must be properly weighted as we do not allow staking into the ground. Booths should be fun and festive to make shopping more enjoyable...in other words, nothin’ janky! Booths must be manned at all times and must remain open during show hours. Access to power is $100 and must be reserved ahead of time through The Pavilion at Hunter Valley Farm or you will not have access to power. (spaces limited)

 

Booth Options:

Indoor 10x10 Booth - Only Nov. 20, 21, & 22nd; $300.00

Indoor 10x10 Booth - Only Nov. 27th & 28th; $250.00

Both Indoor 10x10 Options; $450.00

Outdoor 10x10 - Only Nov. 20, 21, & 22nd; $200.00

Outdoor 10x10 - Only Nov. 27th & 28th; $150.00

TRAILERS ONLY - OUTDOOR LEVELING: Our farm is in the gorgeous Tennessee ROLLING hills. Please make sure to bring ample leveling blocks for your set up.

 

WASTE: DO NOT dump ANYTHING on event grounds. No trash, no nothing pretty pretty please! We are a premier event venue hosting many types of events and need to retain the beautifulness of our facility, thank you for understanding! We will have designated trash bins for your use.

 

SET UP: Please email Brittany to schedule a set up time at brittany@huntervalleyfarmtn.com. The following set-up times available will be; Wed. Nov. 18th, 9am-3pm, Thurs. Nov. 19th, 9am-3pm, and Friday Nov. 20th, 12pm-4pm. Regardless, of which days you will be picking for set-up you must be set-up 1 hour prior to event start time. We will have designated parking once you are finished setting up. Please do not take vehicles (of any kind) off the designated areas. We happen to love and enjoy our beautiful landscaping here and wish NOT to have to re-do any of it. We would sincerely appreciate your parking cooperation!

 

TEAR DOWN: We just ask that you try your darnest to be off the property with 2 hours of the closing time so we

can get ready for our next big event.

 

MORE INFO: Unfortunately, due to livestock, we ask that if you bring any animals of any type on the property, that they remained leashed and under tight supervision, with the exception of service animals.

 

EVEN MORE INFO: Theft, injury, damage to person, property, etc., is not the fault of The Pavilion at Hunter Valley Farm (or its subsidiaries), Barger Concepts, LLC (or its subsidiaries). Their employees are not responsible for any items brought to the farm nor are they responsible for missing or broken items in your booth. No security will be provided and masks are required.
